About us
Sustainability
Doing Well by doing good
To us sustainability means conscious use of our resources, responsible business and good corporate citizenship. We have identified six UN Sustainable Development Goals where our work makes a contribution. To substantiate what we do we are also a signatory to the UN Global Compact.

We support the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and have identified six goals, which most closely align with our strategic ambitions. We believe that the SDGs represent opportunities and responsibilities for us as a pharmaceutical producer.

We all wish to enjoy healthy lives. Sometimes, illness interferes with our ambition. This is where our work can make a difference: Our purpose is to help patients feel stronger and get better. We do this by delivering high-quality medicines and services: reliable, sustainable and affordable.

We cooperate with education and research partners such as the LUMC and the NFKC to foster pharmaceutical development and contribute to the future of pharmaceutical production in the Netherlands and beyond. We also offer a clinic to students, which provides an introduction to pharmaceutical production.

Our employees are the core of our company. InnoGenerics is a safe place to work together. We are committed to the principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination of people, regardless of age, gender or other personality traits.

We cooperate with partners such as TNO & Doser, LUMC, NPKC to develop innovative new solutions in pharmaceutical production. We actively pioneer new tableting technologies. For this we also support Dutch academia, knowledge centres and other stakeholders in knowledge building and preservation. We also believe that preserving pharmaceutical production in the EU is vital for this.

We are cGMP certified by the Dutch authorities and follow strict protocols in our production. We also actively see to minimize our resource consumption. This starts with minimizing our energy consumption by preventing unnecessary electrical equipment from being switched on to innovative methods for medicine production.

We are committed to protecting the environment. We follow applicable environmental regulations and guidelines and expect our employees, suppliers and other business partners to follow the same standards to protect the environment. We are continuously investigating ways improve the sustainability of our business.

We are a signatory to the UN Global Compact since 2022. We annually report on progress in implementing The Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact in the areas of human rights, child and forced labor, the environment and anti-corruption. Our Code of Conduct and our Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies are the foundations on which we apply the standards of the Global Compact.
